Michael Keaton is an American actor, producer and director who is most well-known for his role in the movie 'Birdman. He is a versatile actor who can play both comedic and dramatic parts. As an actor, he has appeared in a variety of roles in romantic scenes and appeared in action thrillers. As a teenager, he developed an interest in acting and performing. Then, he tried stand-up comedic performances in his teens. It was not a successful comedy career, but it was a step for an acting career. He was unable to achieve fame as a comedian and the next step was to become a cameraman on a cable channel. As he was doing the work he started to realise that he wanted to be present on camera. Then he was able to get a television role and appeared in several shows on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. There was no doubt that the actor quickly gained a following as a well-known TV actor. His early films his aspirations were high and gained acclaim for his comic-book characters. The actor gained more fame in the role of Batman as the main character in Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed, he grew as an actor and also started to pursue direction and production. As a result of his performance in Birdman (2014), he received numerous awards and nominations.
